This project is the usual Mumbai small office brief – high cost premium space coupled with requirements far larger than the actual space.

The design objective sought to escape from the usual trap of overbuilding the site to fit in the functions.

Using material and design elements that maximse the flow of natural light and continuity of space such as translucent glass and acrylic floating screens, the design objective has been realized, resulting in a quiet office space that looks far more spacious than it really is.
