A low-cost 40,000 sq ft manufacturing facility for a garment exporter with an administration building, manufacturing halls and laundry. The building has been designed on a load-bearing structure with RCC use only for the longspan beams and slabs. In spite of being an industrial building, it has been designed very unlike a regular industrial shed, keeping in character with the global image of the client.
